Writing a Thank You to a Business Associate

Sometimes in our life we are fortunate enough to have  friends and mentors who are willing to voice honest opinions about our businesses, to share things that have worked for them or refer you to someone who can help further your business. When you care enough to send a hand written thank you card you will stand out. Consider sending a fine art note card. Below is an idea of something you might write to a business associate.

“Thank you for sharing the enthusiasm I have for my business. It is encouraging to have someone take such an interest in me and appreciate the things I do. I will always be appreciative of your opinions, advise and referrals.”

When I am with a friend or business associate I pay attention to the colors and style of accessories they have in their surroundings and choose a card or print that would coordinate. This card could be a good choice for a business greeting card for that special mentor. The Chrysanthemum below is one of my floral watercolor  paintings and is one in a series of eight cards that are also available in an attractive gold or silver frame.

Testimonial:

“I bought two of your framed flower prints at your show/party. I gave one to my mother and one to my mother-in-law. They both raved about it—especially my mother ( she is often quite critical of the presents she receives)! Thought you’d like to know.”
